Petworth Pop Up is primarily a physical retail space and event platform, therefore some items may sell in-store before website updates can be made.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we will notify you and issue a refund where appropriate.

6. Delivery

Petworth Pop Up no longer operates as a full online store; however, postage for items purchased through the shop may be arranged upon request.

Delivery times and charges will be confirmed individually depending on the item and destination.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
