DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY 

Delivery

While Petworth Pop Up does not operate as an online shop, we are happy to arrange postage for items purchased directly from the shop upon request.

UK delivery is available for most items, although some larger or fragile products, as well as certain Scottish regions, may be exempt or carry additional charges. For international shipping enquiries, please email before purchasing, as some destinations may have restrictions or increased delivery costs.

As Petworth Pop Up is a physical retail space featuring a wide range of independent sellers, all items are subject to in-store availability. Occasionally, an item may sell in the shop before stock systems are updated. In the unlikely event this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either an alternative product or a full refund. We greatly appreciate your understanding. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your computer, phone, or tablet screen settings.

Returns

Your Legal Rights

When purchasing from Petworth Pop Up, you are protected by UK consumer law. This includes the right to request a refund, replacement, repair, or compensation if goods are faulty or significantly misdescribed. Due to the nature of our business and the many independent makers we support, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

If you believe an item is faulty or has been misdescribed, please contact us within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Once the item has been returned and assessed, we will offer a full refund where appropriate. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise agreed. We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning items.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Damaged in Transit

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We kindly ask that damaged items are not returned until you have spoken with us first.
