In regard to all our sellers products Petworth Pop Up can ship to anywhere within the UK some Scottish regions may be exempt.  For all orders outside the UK please email as some destinations carry restrictions and added charges. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items by notifying you with an email.

Our shop is a Pop-Up Shop – and with the nature of the shop all items available on our website will also be available to purchase in the shop. This might result in a crossover of sales – if the item has been sold in the shop, we will do our upmost to update our system. Failure to do so and you purchase an item that is no longer available we can only apologies – we will of course notify you and offer you a product as similar as possible or a full refund and we thank you for your understanding on this.  



Your legal rights: When you buy goods from Petworth Pop Up, by law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or misdescribed. 

We are unable to offer a refund that does not comply with faulty of misdescribed due to the nature of the business. 

If you do have a fault or feel the item has been misdescribed, and you can provide proof of purchase within 28 days we will offer you a full refund on receipt of receiving the item. You will have to return the item at your own cost and provide proof of postage. Once Petworth Pop Up has received the item and approved the request. We will provide a full refund including returns postage. 


Please remember that computer, phone and tablet screens reproduce colours differently.


The cost of return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise arranged.

Once your order arrives safely, we will issue a refund / credit note.


Damaged in Transit 

If your order has been damaged in transit, you must inform us within 24 hours so we can contact our courier and send you a replacement. Please note we will require pictures of the damaged item and packaging.

If your order is damaged or faulty, we request that you do not return the items until you have contacted customer services first.  Please  email showing photographs of the damage. 


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 If you need to return an item, you must complete a RETURNS FORM and send together with the package.
